One Man In A circle Of Four Demanding Women

Real men don’t squeak but they will scream if they have to. Nonetheless, a real man knows how to draw the line between polite firmness and brash battery – long, frequent yells are the marks of boys. A real man will not beat up his lady, no matter how angry he gets – he knows just when to pick up his car keys to drive away to seek some quiet, not in the arms of another woman but in the arms of his own personality. Real men are hard to find, very hard; for the real state is not cheaply attained and because only few are willing to pay that price of maturity, many fall short of finding it.
A real man knows how to handle the four most important women in his life: his lady, his daughter, his mum and his lady’s mum; in that order. Real men never distort that order for distortion is the bane of fools. But first, there was only one woman – Mother. She was his first woman, she filled every void and she is irreplaceable; and even after the other three women arrive, she continues to fill her place in the life of the real man. However, a real man must confront the conflict of manhood when that day comes to allow another woman, his lady, to displace his first woman (his mother) from the place she has occupied unchallenged for all his life. The real man must handle this confrontation with care because it defines his maturity; he must make both women feel relevant in their respective places in that big heart of his. Harmony between both women must be his priority, an accord which is expensive to procure; and many times, it can take years.

The procurement of that concord is the subject of another article which shall appear in a short while on this page, so watch this space. But now, the third woman is knocking at the door, she is the only woman who comes into the life of the man as a baby. Mummy came in as a woman before he even knew the word; he meets his lady and she is also a woman. Now this baby girl walks into the circle and she demands her place in his heart. She, the baby that is, is the product of his communication with his lady; here though, his task is not as difficult as it was when he had to deal with two adults, this third woman is very welcomed by his three women, his lady, the baby’s mother, can’t stop holding her for she is the product of her womb, a womb which received seed when she and her husband cuddled in the cold of night. His mother, she is equally excited, for this baby reminds her of her own conception and delivery of her son, the real man; and now she is even happier for she has become a grandmother.
Don’t forget however that there is another woman, his lady’s mum; she too must be given due regard for she bore his lady, and she is also the grandmother of his third woman. Then this third woman grows up and is ready to replace her father, the real man she has known all her life with another she has picked for herself. The real man hopes and prays that she picks a better version of her father. This hope begins before she even picks a man, for it is the duty of her father, the real man collaborating with his lady, her mother, to give her such excellent training that her choice becomes the pride of her father and the joy of her mother. A man with these enormous responsibilities needs to meet another man more real than any other who has walked the earth – He is the Son of man, Jesus Christ, the Righteous; how beautiful!
